Plateau Ongles Du

I've been there twice but the first time was just for a clear manucure and a clear pedicure so it went ok. 2nd time was this morning and it was a very different experience. since my nails are getting long but unfortunatly fragile, i asked if it was possible to use acrilyc right on my nails and she said that it was possible so i went for it BUT, she never did a "base" manucure like we usualy get like, cleaning my nails, do the cuticules and hydrate them or my hands, she went straight for the acrylic application. I asked her to make it very thin and she did not respect that, they are thick and not even, i asked for an oval shape and she screwed them making a strange oval squary top shape and she said that it was nicer like that! When she finished to apply the gel color she filed over the nail polish and now every is far from neat :( I will never go back :(

Worst service and job EVER. Staff was so rude, the woman who did my nails kept hurting me during the removal and then dumped my hands in acetone instead of using foils. She used the machine on my natural nail and it hurt and burned so much. When I pulled my hand away she started talking about me to her colleagues and was so unprofessional and rude I was shocked. At the end, she didn’t even file my nails and I had to do them myself - literally I was handed a nail file and did this by myself at the counter. The manager saw everything too and didn’t care, other clients were shocked and confused. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy- it is horrid. Seriously the worst nail experience of my life these people should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely disgusting!

I wanted chrome bronze nail polish and was charged extra but it was not chrome at all. It was a bronze shiny. I mean the lady was great and did a very nice job. I'm just really disappointed. I was really enjoying this place. Not sure I will go back.
